Job Description

SKIN XPERTS is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, confirm orders, and boost sales via WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, possess an intermediate or graduate-level education, and be fluent in Urdu along with mid-level English proficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing timely responses to customer queries via WhatsApp.
• Clearing messages and resolving customer concerns effectively.
• Confirming orders and keeping customers informed on their status.
• Promoting products to generate sales.
• Delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate or Graduate
• Language proficiency: Fluent in Urdu and mid-level English
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work under pressure
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
