Job Description
EFU Hemayah Takaful is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 5 location in Karachi. As a premier provider of Islamic financial services, we are committed to offering reliable and personalized solutions to our valued clients.
In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their policy-related inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
