Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee information in our Job Bank, organizing physical records, and assisting in the onboarding of new hires. This role requires a commitment to confidentiality and meticulous attention to detail in maintaining HR databases and ensuring data accuracy. Additionally, you will support resolving employee grievances and conflicts within the workplace.
Qualifications: Candidates must be 20 years or older, possess an intermediate to bachelor’s degree, and have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience. Female candidates are preferred.
