Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Officer for our administrative operations, responsible for managing procurement activities. This role entails sourcing vendors, negotiating favorable pricing, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire necessary office supplies and equipment.
- Negotiate competitive pricing with vendors.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor stock inventory levels regularly.
- Assist in strategic budget planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
