Job Description
Fresenius Medical Care is looking for a committed Customer Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Installing and commissioning hemodialysis machines.
- Conducting corrective and preventive maintenance on hemodialysis machines within assigned accounts.
- Providing operational training to customers on our products to ensure effective use of machine features.
- Troubleshooting technical issues in assigned accounts to guarantee seamless operation of equipment.
- Preparing quality assessments and installation reports for designated accounts.
- Offering sales support for assigned accounts.
