Job Description

Techno Studio UK is looking for a proactive HR Assistant to manage various aspects of our human resources department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records and payroll, and developing HR policies. Additionally, this role involves addressing employee relations issues, supporting training and development initiatives, and assisting in performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and oversee payroll processing.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies.
• Address employee relations concerns and grievances.
• Support training and development efforts.
• Assist with performance evaluation processes.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
