Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and maintain precise stock records.
- Identify reliable suppliers and source necessary goods and services.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR), Material Requests (MR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure all procurement activities meet quality standards.
- Foster strong business relationships with vendors.
- Track and monitor purchase orders for timely deliveries.
