Job Description
KBK Electronics (Pvt) Ltd. is actively recruiting motivated individuals to join our Software Support Team as Call Center Representatives in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls related to software support.
- Offer first-level technical assistance and remote support.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
Requirements:
- Education: DAE, Intermediate, or Graduation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in basic software support.
- Must reside in Lahore (onsite position).
Job Type: Contract (24 months) – Salary: Starting at Rs40,00.00 per month.
