Job Description
La He Trading International Pvt Ltd is looking for a committed Production Manager to lead the entire production process of electric bikes. This position is responsible for ensuring timely product delivery, maintaining high quality standards, and optimizing cost efficiency. The Production Manager will also supervise after-sales service operations, which include warranty management and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate production based on sales forecasts.
- Supervise assembly line operations while ensuring quality control.
- Oversee warranty claims and manage spare parts inventory.
- Address customer complaints and resolve technical issues effectively.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in e-bikes.
