Job Description
We seek an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets. You will coordinate subcontractors and crews, enforce OSHA-compliant safety standards, verify code and specification compliance, and resolve on-site issues. Monitor progress, prepare reports, track materials and equipment, and optimize resource allocation to meet timelines and cost objectives.
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years site management experience
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and safety regulations
- Valid driver’s license and ability to read plans
