Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive for a 3-month contract to identify prospects and develop new B2B digital marketing opportunities, with potential for permanent hire based on performance.
- Prospect and pursue new clients through outreach and market research.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs; maintain accurate activity and performance records.
- Establish and sustain long-term client relationships; represent the company in meetings and field visits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements: prior B2B sales or business development experience in digital marketing preferred; basic digital marketing knowledge; excellent communication and negotiation skills; target-driven; must own a personal motorbike/bike for client visits.
Compensation: Rs25,00–Rs40,00/month, fixed salary, commission, fuel allowance, training, and performance-based conversion to full-time.
