Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to expand our customer base and increase store foot traffic. You will mentor sales staff to achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage store administration, maintain compliance, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
