Job Description

Partners in Development (PID) seeks a skilled Business Development Assistant with 5–10 years’ experience preparing technical and financial proposals for engineering consultancy or donor-funded projects. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (BBA, Computer Science, or related) and is familiar with government and multilateral procurement (World Bank, ADB, UN, NHA, C&W).

• Strong technical writing and editing; advanced MS Office and AI tool proficiency.
• Analyze RFPs/EOIs, develop compliant proposal strategies, and draft final proposals with technical teams and management.
• Coordinate inputs, maintain proposal libraries and staff CVs, track opportunities, and monitor outcomes for continuous improvement.
