Job Description
Magna Foodservice Limited is looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to represent our company with excellence. In this role, you will provide outstanding service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve complaints to foster a positive customer experience.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to offer effective assistance.
- Accurate documentation of customer interactions.
