Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify B2B prospects for our sales team. The ideal candidate will research target markets, conduct outreach via calls and emails, schedule qualified meetings, and maintain accurate CRM records. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a basic understanding of sales processes are required. Prior experience in outbound prospecting or customer service is an advantage.
