Job Description

Marlayz Brüder seeks a motivated Trainee Merchandiser for immediate hire. This role is ideal for fresh graduates (BS Computer Science, BBA in Computer/Textiles) or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience; maximum age 28.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting senior merchandisers with order follow-ups and production coordination
• Communicating with suppliers, tracking samples and approvals
• Preparing reports and coordinating with quality and design teams

Requirements: strong communication, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), effective task and timeline management, and keen analytical attention to detail. Basic garment/textile knowledge is a plus. We offer structured training, a professional environment with real-time merchandising exposure, starting pay Rs40,00–50,00/month, and a 12-month full-time in-person contract with bonuses and gratuity.
