Job Description
We are seeking a formal, detail-oriented Medical Billing Team Lead to manage daily billing operations and supervise a small team. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate ICD-10/CPT claim submission, denial management, regulatory and payer compliance, performance tracking, staff training, audit preparation, and collaboration with clinical and revenue cycle teams.
- Requirements: 3+ years in medical billing, proven leadership, proficiency with billing software/EMR, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, KPI-driven performance.
- Preferred: CPC certification and Medicare/Medicaid billing experience.
