Job Description
MGA INDUSTRIES PVT LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Controller to enhance our Human Resources and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and secure documentation of employee records, HR policies, and internal processes within our automotive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR-related documentation, including employee files and contracts.
- Maintain confidentiality and control versions of sensitive documents.
- Support document control procedures across various departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in document control or HR/Admin support.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
