Job Description
Mindwhiz is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our on-site team in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. This position involves assisting U.S.-based clients through inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer support or call centers
