Job Description

Next Gen Technologies Pvt Ltd is in search of a proactive and experienced Call Center Trainer to spearhead training initiatives for our projects in the United States. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in mentoring customer service representatives, developing training modules, and enhancing performance within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead onboarding and soft skills training, deliver product and process training, create and revise training materials, monitor trainee progress, provide coaching, collaborate with teams for continuous improvement, and assess training effectiveness.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience, exceptional communication skills, strong customer service insight, and flexibility for night shifts.
