Job Description
Nimir Group is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to enhance our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our Talent Acquisition process, encompassing sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new employees. Furthermore, this position will contribute to the planning and implementation of training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Talent Acquisition, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Support the planning and execution of training and development programs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
