Job Description
Nova Care Pvt. Ltd is on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Compliance Executive with experience in the retail pharmacy sector. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high ethical standards within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee adherence to DRAP regulations and drug laws.
- Carry out internal audits and develop corrective action plans as necessary.
- Provide training to staff on compliance policies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant compliance experience.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards.
