Job Description
We are seeking a full‑time Night Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound calls and chats, follow up and resolve complaints, enter orders and issues into the POS/CRM, coordinate with internal departments, and report case closures to the line manager. This is an in‑person role with an expected start date of 12/30/2025 and a monthly salary of Rs35,00–55,00.
- Responsibilities: call/chat handling, complaint resolution, data entry, interdepartmental coordination, closure reporting.
- Requirements: fluent written and spoken Urdu and English, fast and accurate typing, ability to search and identify locations, strong computer skills.
