Job Description
Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Head of Production. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by 10-15 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. Key responsibilities include overseeing production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and demonstrating expertise in mechanical processes, production planning, and optimization.
Strong leadership qualities and experience in managing cross-functional teams are vital for this role. Familiarity with ERP systems will be considered an advantage.

Salary: Rs 130,00.00 – Rs 200,00.00 per month
