Job Description
Penta Express is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive to grow international courier and logistics sales with SMEs and corporate clients. Responsibilities include prospecting and pursuing leads, cold calling, conducting customer visits, supporting BDMs, maintaining CRM data, preparing proposals, coordinating onboarding, and providing after-sales service.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (HEC-recognized); 6–12 months courier/logistics sales experience or recent graduates with proven sales aptitude;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; target-driven mindset; valid driver’s license preferred;
- Full-time, in-person role.
