Job Description
Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore
Shift: Afternoon (Starts between 12 PM – 1 PM, 9-hour shift)
PlanLab Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our international clientele. You will manage customer interactions through chat, email, and phone, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via calls, live chat, and email.
- Resolve issues related to products, accounts, and orders.
- Record interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the support team to uphold service standards.
Requirements:
- Superior English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
