Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative Manager to lead and grow our APAC SDR team. The successful candidate will build a strong pipeline, coach SDRs to peak performance, set regional targets, and align playbooks with sales and marketing to increase lead quality and conversion rates.
- Responsibilities: Manage and develop a high-performing SDR team; implement metrics-driven processes; refine outreach strategies; coordinate across time zones to drive qualified leads and conversions.
- Qualifications: Minimum 5 years in sales development with at least 2 years of people management; strong coaching and leadership skills; CRM and analytics experience; excellent English and regional language abilities; willingness to travel within APAC.
