Job Description
Quirky Concepts is looking for a motivated female Customer Support Executive to join our vibrant team. In this position, you will oversee our WhatsApp business accounts, assist customers with their inquiries, generate orders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Location: Office No. 207, Rayyan Heights, Ghouri Town Phase 2, Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 2-3 WhatsApp Business accounts.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Generate and monitor customer orders.
- Collaborate with the logistics team.
Job Timing: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month
