Job Description
Real Beauty is looking for a committed Customer Support Representative (CSR) to enhance our team. In this position, you will handle customer inquiries through various channels including WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social media. Your key responsibilities involve providing accurate product information, resolving complaints, managing orders, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
Applicants should possess excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, have 1-2 years of customer service experience, demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, and have a basic understanding of skincare products.
Salary range: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
