Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical troubleshooting support through phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain accurate customer records within our ticketing system.
• Be prepared to travel or commute to different work locations.
• Preferred qualifications include at least 1 year of experience and strong English communication skills.

Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays until 2:00 PM. This role is available as full-time, internship, or for fresh graduates, and will be performed in-person.
