Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing and resolving complaints related to Cash Security Machines (CSMs) and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within defined turnaround times. Duties include the installation of ATMs and CSMs, executing troubleshooting techniques, providing root cause analysis, generating analytical reports, and ensuring 100% preventive maintenance for UPS, ATM, and G&D units.

Qualifications:

• Education: DAE in Electrical/Electronics/IT (3-year diploma) or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the field
• License: Valid LTV License required
• Location: Preferably based in Islamabad; must be willing to travel

Salary: Rs37,000.00 – Rs40,000.00 per month
