About Us: Eposmatic (Pvt) Ltd is a rapidly expanding company specializing in restaurant management software. We are currently looking for a dedicated Support & Data Entry Specialist to join our Islamabad team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to customers via phone and WhatsApp.
• Resolve software-related inquiries and assist customers through problem-solving.
• Maintain data accuracy for restaurant menus, pricing, and staff information.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, experience in customer support, excellent computer skills, and proficiency in English and Urdu.

Compensation: Rs30,000.00 – Rs70,000.00 per month.
