Job Description
Renove Interiors seeks a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our Industrial Area I-10/3 office in Islamabad. You will manage recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, performance reviews, HR policy implementation, and compliance with Pakistani labor laws. Collaborate with leadership to shape HR strategy, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive, productive workplace.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Experience: strong background in recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, and team leadership
- Skills: excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Competitive monthly salary: Rs65,00–Rs100,00.
