Job Description
Riz Solutions, located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, is actively seeking qualified Inbound Customer Service Representatives for a prominent UK-based taxi company. This position requires on-site work at our office in Soan Gardens.
Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing taxi bookings, providing pricing information, and addressing customer inquiries. Ideal candidates should be punctual, highly organized, and exhibit excellent English communication skills. A minimum of two years of experience in a call center is essential.
