Job Description
Samad Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd seeks a Senior Assistant Manager, Sales and Recovery to lead sales of closed-cell foam. The role requires managing the full sales cycle, capturing customer requirements, and entering sales orders in SAP.
- Generate leads, analyze sales and market gaps, and coordinate with Production and R&D to ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate and close contracts, manage customer complaints and collections, and represent the company at trade events.
- Serve as the ISO 9001:2015 Management Representative.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing or MBA, 4–5 years’ experience in B2B sales/marketing and customer service, and strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills. Full-time, in-person position.
