Shafaq n Kami Salon is excited to invite a dedicated and enthusiastic female Customer Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in addressing inquiries, converting leads, upselling services, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients via walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries.
- Promote tailored services/packages to meet client needs.
- Follow up on leads to enhance conversion rates.
- Document daily appointments and client feedback.
- Address complaints or escalate issues as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team.
