Key Responsibilities:
- Manage salon operations and coordinate staff activities.
- Deliver exceptional client service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide training and ongoing support for salon personnel.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and daily reporting.
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess strong organizational and customer service skills, along with the ability to thrive under pressure.
