Job Description
Shalee Global is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative for our Lahore office. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one year of experience in student counseling for the UK or Australia. If you are a quick learner with exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for assisting students, this role is an excellent fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students on study abroad opportunities.
- Assist with the application process.
- Stay updated on UK universities.
- Foster relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication skills.
