Job Description
Shark Technologies is seeking a dedicated Dialer Administrator for our call center located in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our automated dialing systems. Key responsibilities include configuring campaigns, monitoring overall performance, and ensuring adherence to telemarketing regulations.
This position requires technical troubleshooting, in-depth analysis of call data to improve agent productivity, and the generation of reports on essential performance metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with a preference for individuals with experience in a US-based call center environment.
