Job Description
SIAC Waste Management Services is looking for a committed HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily attendance management, monitor employee attendance records, and maintain accurate employee files.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing monthly reports and assisting with bank account opening procedures. Additionally, you will act as the primary contact for employee grievances, ensuring the effective functioning of HR operations in both rural and urban settings.
This position is available in either Chunian or Pattoki. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree (BBA in HR preferred) along with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
