Job Description
Simcoe IT is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives in the Banking and Insurance sectors. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of financial products and services, coupled with a proven record of developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Creating and implementing robust sales strategies.
- Identifying and pursuing potential client opportunities.
- Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics.
- Providing training and mentorship to junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in banking or insurance.
