Job Description
Strive BPO Limited is looking for skilled and motivated individuals to become part of our Verification Team for the Medicare Campaign. In this position, you will primarily be responsible for verifying customer information following sales calls to ensure data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound verification calls to validate customer details.
- Confirm and update data gathered by sales or support representatives.
- Keep precise records in our call logs and CRM systems.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies in data.
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or verification role.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Located in Rawalpindi and available for on-site work.
