Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shopify Virtual Assistant to support our online store. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing product listings, managing inventory and orders, processing returns, handling customer inquiries, installing and configuring Shopify apps, performing basic store updates and A/B tests, and monitoring sales reports.
- Proven Shopify experience and strong written English
- Familiarity with CSV, Google Sheets, and basic image editing
- Excellent communication, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly
- Remote position with flexible hours; training provided
