Job Description
Tandoori Restaurant is on the lookout for a dedicated Query Management Officer to oversee and manage customer inquiries on various social media platforms. This role is essential in ensuring timely responses, upholding professionalism, and achieving complete query resolution, while effectively escalating urgent issues as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries.
- Respond to all queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that no customer query goes unanswered.
- Escalate urgent concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of standard responses.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience in social media management, and excellent communication skills.
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days remote, 3 days in-office)
Hours: 12 PM – 12 AM
