Job Description
Telelinkz is excited to announce an opening for a skilled and motivated Inbound Sales Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and converting inquiries into sales by comprehensively understanding customer needs and delivering pertinent information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers over the phone to identify and address their needs.
- Provide detailed information about our telecom products and services.
- Establish strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required, along with strong communication skills and availability for the 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM shift. The compensation package includes a salary of Rs 120,00 plus uncapped commission.
