Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, RHR to support HR operations, recruitment, rewards, and employee relations. You will assist the HR Manager in implementing policies, managing performance processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Coordinate talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS processes.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, minimum 3 years of HR experience, strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
