Job Description
The Fit Day Club is seeking dynamic and motivated Call Center Agents for a US-based outbound campaign. In this role, you will engage in cold calling potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the US market.
- Articulate the benefits and value of our services.
- Consistently meet performance targets.
- Professionally handle objections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Comfortable with cold calling.
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience (required).
- Able to work night shifts.
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
