Job Description
The Flash Review is seeking a confident and personable Relationship Assistant with exceptional spoken English skills to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and promptly resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via email and chat
- Efficiently respond to queries and manage complaints
- Provide clear and informative insights regarding our services
Requirements:
- Fluency in English

- Previous experience in customer support is preferred
