Job Description
The-Hiring is currently seeking a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant (Male) to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and travel arrangements efficiently
- Professionally handle correspondence and phone inquiries
- Prepare comprehensive reports and meeting documentation
- Assist in organizing meetings and maintain an effective filing system
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess a strong command of English and Urdu, along with proficiency in MS Office.
Working Hours: 6 days a week (timings to be discussed)
Compensation: Starting at Rs70,00.00 per month
