The Resource Management BPO is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Call Center Closer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will connect with qualified leads, engage in persuasive sales dialogues, and effectively close deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are vital for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with pre-qualified leads and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Address objections and negotiate to secure sales.
• Establish trust with potential clients and follow up with undecided leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales/customer service.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
• Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills.
